Sally entered the industry as a non-wine professional and built the winery from the ground up. They discuss how this has shaped Sally’s approach to sustainability, the challenges she faces as a small producer in Bordeaux, consumer perceptions of sustainability, sustainable packaging challenges and solutions, and more.
